Let the stillness of the sea and the awakening of nature after the long arctic winter fill your senses with energy. Experience the long and bright days of late May as the summer is nearing.
We will practice Vijnana yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, self-compassion and mindfulness in different creative ways throughout the weekend. The retreat suits experienced yoga practitioners as well as beginners. There will be time to focus on yourself, explore and deepen the understanding of your body and mind. Between yoga classes you can explore the picturesque island, relax with a book on your cottage veranda, enjoy sea kayaking and end the day with a hot Swedish sauna. There will be opportunities for solitude as well as time to socialize with the other attendants.
Joanna Herdevall Sivan is from Sweden and lives in Israel, she works as a psychotherapist and a yoga teacher.
